OpenCaliber original software, integration examples, agent starter code, configuration and software documentation are licensed under Apache-2.0. See LICENSE for the complete terms and NOTICE for attribution.

You may use, modify and redistribute this software, including commercially, subject to the license conditions. Preserve the license and applicable notices, and identify modified files. The software is provided without warranty under the terms in LICENSE. No trademark license is granted beyond the permissions in that license.

Third-party code, dependencies, datasets and model weights retain their own licenses. Installing a dependency does not change its license. This release does not grant rights to external models, provider services, credentials, or third-party datasets. Dependencies installed separately are not bundled into these source packages; review their installed distribution licenses when redistributing them.

The Apache license declaration applies to the original software and documentation, not a claim of rights to third-party brand assets or synthetic voice media. Confirm separate media rights before republishing the walkthrough video or branding. Provider API terms and charges apply independently when using live agent examples.
